After coaching chiropractic clinics in Staff Acquisition and Training, Business Structure, Compliance, and Strengthening Revenue for nine years, I felt it was time to move where my calling and passion were taking me. Coaching Chiropractic Clinics provided opportunities to address the mindset of those who were limiting themselves and their practices. I discovered that a shift in perspective was often the key to breaking free from unprofitable cycles and moving forward most profitably.
It was in these personal discussions about their mental state that I found my passion, not in focusing on the practice, but in focusing on the individual's personal growth. By focusing on the individual, the rest falls into place. I found that some couldn’t move forward in business without also advancing their level of thinking and locating the keys that were lost along the way in life.
